HOPE Charity specializes in understanding the pressures that surrounds a whole family when a Gen Z starts showing symptoms of Mental health, and the many reasons behind a young person struggling with their emotional well being.
HOPE Charity Project, a Sussex based community Mental Health emotional support resource offers hope to families and carers where a loved one is suffering with mental health or is on that pathway.
HOPE gives that obviously needed emotional support to the family during this very worrying and stressful time.
Our Founder Claire Sparrow and her team provides support and understanding based on her powerful personal story and experience in all areas surrounding a young persons journey struggling with Mental health while in those key developmental, education years.
